Don't fall victim to this new malware trick
Submitted by Securitybay on September 22, 2011 - 11:29
Cybercriminals have found a new way to get their victims to open infected email attachments. They send out emails accusing users of being spammers and threaten to sue them. Unaware users are tricked into opening malicious .zip attachments.
When a user opens the attachment a trojan is downloaded to the victim's computer. Trojan infection spreads across the entire system to gather computer's information and sends it out to the hackers.
