After numerous claims of Mr. Bill Gates there is evidence that malicious users are refining their strategy to compromise Vista after its latest security enhancements.
But in the meantime, malicious hackers from all over the world are already targeting the weaknesses and are trying to exploit existing vulnerabilities. "For sure, people are hammering away on it," Jeff Moss, the organiser of the Defcon hacking convention, told Reuters. "If you are a bad guy and you find a problem, you have a way to spread your malware and spyware," he stated. Vista exploits and security issues are starting to show up on mailing lists and security discussion boards. Some involved academics are also publishing announcements on vulnerabilities inside Vista that are more than likely to turn up in increased number as the latest Microsoft's operating system hit the market. |
