How to get help through the Norton Solution Library

Norton 360 comes with a large set of articles called Norton Solution Library, that is focused on resolving certain Norton-specific problems. You can browse topics, search for specific information and solutions to your problem using Solution Library.

This article database is easy accessible from within Norton help interface - just go to Help & Support, click Get Support and then Go to support. Solution Library requires Adobe Flash Player.

In the welcome screen you can type your search term and click Search. A list of suggested topics will be displayed.
