How to contact Norton tech support by chat, email or phone
You can get Norton support via email, instant chat with a live agent or phone right from your Norton application window.
The quickest way to get in touch with Norton technical support is by opening the Norton main application window and clicking the Get Support option at the window bottom. Norton main window can be opened by clicking the tray icon or Norton desktop shortcut.
After checking for updates Norton will display the One Click Support window. Now select the Click here option beneath the Support Resources window. A new window will appear. Now click the Contact Us option.
In the next window enter all the required contact information and select the desired contact option:
- Chat Now. Opens a live session chat window with an agent.
- Email. Allows you to send your question by email. Estimated wait time for the response is 24 hours.
- Phone. Displays information about the current estimated wait time and Norton technical support telephone numbers in selected countries.
